Semi-Independent Supported Living Services.
Supported living services are designed to help people live independently in their community. You will be supported in suitable accommodation that may be in your own home or our provision.
You might have help with things like accessing things in the community or it may be help with independent living skills such as washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and GP/dentist/optician visit and job search.
Assured Care Place provides provision that is shared by a few people living in the same house with staffs who visits them to provide support. This can be anything from once a week to 24/7 care and support.
